When should I arrive and depart?

 

We are headed to an extremely remote location-- a private island that is many many hours from Panama City AND we're also working around tidal access to the camp, which is only available at high tide.
Therefore,  it is IMPERATIVE that you arrive well before our scheduled departure time, in case of flight delays, etc.! 

IF YOU ARRIVE THE DAY BEFORE (or many hours before) our scheduled departure from Panama City, we recommend booking a room at the (Riande Aeropuerto Hotel & Casino, Tocumen -- we will be there also), where you will have ample time to unwind and relax before the journey begins, avoiding jetlag. This safe and beautiful hotel offers 24/7 free shuttle service to the Panama City airport, making middle of the night flights much easier. Although we cannot guarantee it, please let us know if you would like us to help you find a roommate!

Returning to/Arrival time back in Panama City Airport  &  Riande Aeropuerto Hotel & Casino: 
11:30PM on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 (VERY late P.M. arrival!)
